The latest  WRU-Youth-Rugby-Pathway-2007-2008 booklet is now available. Download your copy from the WRU web site or the downloads page.

All coaches should have their own copy as it contains valuable information on what each age group can and more importantly cannot do.

Parents should also read the contents as it contains lots of information on the ethos, policy and aims of junior rugby within the WRU.

Denbigh Rugby Club's

3 Peaks ChallengeFund Raising for the

 Bryan Davies Appeal Fund

After playing Rugby in Bala for over 20 years, Bryan 'Yogi' Davies, aged 49, had intended to retire at the end of last season (2006-2007). It was a cruel twist of fate that saw Bryan leave the field premeturely after particularly ugly Scrum.

The injuries Bryan sustained as left him paralyzed from the neck down, a situation that will affect Bryan his Wife, Sue and kids, Ilan and Teleri for the rest of their lives.

Living with these injuries will make simple day-to-day tasks, that all of us take for granted, will become far more complex. Building a purpose built house for Bryan and his family will make adjusting for the future much simpler.

Over the 6th, 7th and 8th of June, 30 members and supporters of Denbigh Rugby Club are planning to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge in an attempt to raise £10,000 for the Bryan Davies Appeal Fund.

Starting at the foot of Ben Nevis the group hope to Summit the Tallest Peaks in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scarfel Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) in under 24 Hours and need your support.

It's very simple... You've found the page, all you need to do now is click on the button below and donate some cash.
